small rooms backyard view
I found the staff polite. they were willing to meet my needs. They took care of my needs.
The room i booked showed pool views in the photos. my room didn't have a garden view. It was more like a backyard view. the rooms are small. The bathrooms are even smaller.

Amazing Family Vacation!
helpful team excellent food excellent room
I was amazed by the consistently helpful team and the excellent food! I particularly want to thank Ankit from The Shack. He made sure we were very well looked after. The children's activity room was excellent. My children enjoyed the time spent there.
The luggage pick-up on departure was delayed even though I communicated with the front office. I wish they would be more timely and organised in this regard. This caused some unnecessary stress before heading to the airport.

Staff were very attentive . The service staff, especially Umesh, were most helpful with their prompt responses and service during our entire stay. I found this to be an AMAZING experience!!!

The hotel itself has a golf course and sprawling greens. Access to the beach is easy. The area is super clean. This makes the location ideal for a relaxing family getaway with convenient access to both land and sea.

spacious rooms efficient team clean pools
The rooms were spacious. The housekeeping team worked efficiently. The pools were clean and inviting. There were many deck chairs available near the pool area.
There was a lack of parasols to provide shade from the sun.

Ajay arranged a beautiful candlelight dinner. It made the evening so special. Akash always welcomed me with a smile and served delicious breakfasts every morning. Ankit took care of my beachside cravings with amazing drinks and snacks.
The front desk staff did not smile or show courtesy. The pool bar staff treated me like I was running away without paying. I had to quote my room number. The rooms were at best worth 5-10k a night. I paid 25k before the new year.

old rooms poor bathroom
The staff at the travel desk helped plan everything without any trouble. (This was especially helpful for airport transfers.)
The rooms appear quite dated. The bathrooms, in particular, seem to have been neglected for some time. These accommodations are not adequate for a hotel claiming a 5-star rating.
